Providence is calling for applications for our November 2025 RN Fellow – Labor and Delivery . An RN Fellow at Providence St. Joseph Health will experience a guided transition into their new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors and hands-on learning. If you are an RN ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, the Providence Clinical Academy is for you.

Required Qualifications :

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Upon hire : Alaska Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire
• National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 6 months (180 days) of hire
• 1 year of Nursing experience (new to specialty)
