This role involves managing patients requiring medical-surgical, telemetry, and higher-acuity care, including those on BiPap, titratable drips, or with hemodynamic instability. The RN uses the nursing process to deliver safe, effective care, partnering with patients, families, and the healthcare team to promote recovery and well-being.
