Technical Writer

A company is looking for a Technical Writer to support customer communications and documentation in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with IT engineers and subject matter experts to gather technical information for communications and training materials

Create and adapt written deliverables, incorporating feedback while maintaining the original message intent

Translate technical changes into concise, business-focused insights for non-technical audiences

Required Qualifications

Minimum six (6) years of experience as a communications or technical writer

Bachelor's degree in writing, technical writing, journalism, or a related discipline; or four (4) additional years of experience may substitute for a degree

Ability to manage multiple assignments effectively

Strong collaboration skills across multiple disciplines

Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
