Technical Writer

A company is looking for a Technical Writer responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for cloud-based products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user guides and deployment guides

Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to translate complex cloud concepts into clear documentation

Research and stay updated on cloud technologies to ensure documentation accuracy and relevance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in technical communication, English, journalism, computer science, or a related field

5-7 years of experience writing and editing technical documentation

Proven experience creating documentation for cloud technologies and platforms

Basic understanding of cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and familiarity with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

Experience with documentation tools and platforms (Confluence, Notion, Markdown, DITA, Git)
