Role : Executive Assistant

This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment and is passionate about using technology to improve education. You will be the right hand to our CEO, handling a wide range of administrative and strategic tasks.
Responsibilities :
Calendar Management : Proactively manage and maintain the CEO's dynamic calendar, including scheduling internal and external meetings, appointments, and travel.
Communication Hub : Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing incoming requests, emails, and phone calls.
Meeting Preparation : Prepare agendas, presentations, and other materials for meetings. Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items.
Travel Coordination : Arrange and manage all aspects of domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
Event Planning : Assist in the planning and execution of company events, conferences, and team off-sites.
Information Management : Organize and maintain confidential files, documents, and records.
Project Support : Handle special projects and assignments as needed, ranging from research to operational tasks.
Qualifications :
Experience : Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting a C-level executive in a fast-paced technology or startup environment.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in G Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides), Slack, and project management tools. Experience with CRM software is a plus.
Communication : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor.
Organizational Prowess : Superior organizational skills and an extraordinary attention to detail.
