We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Miami. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our educational projects and ensuring that all initiatives are executed efficiently, on schedule, and in alignment with our institutional goals. You will collaborate closely with instructors, administrators, and partners to ensure smooth operations and impactful outcomes for our learners.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resources.

Serve as a point of contact between internal departments and external partners.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, and schedules.

Assist in organizing workshops, training sessions, and academic events.

Identify potential risks or delays and propose effective solutions.

Support continuous improvement initiatives within project management processes.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
