Senior Finance Systems Analyst

Talascend is currently seeking a Senior Finance Systems Analyst for a contract opportunity with our client in Phoenix, Arizona .

Overview

This role is pivotal in supporting SAP-related projects and operations, including site transitions, system deployments, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional business and IT teams to deliver solutions that align with GAAP and government regulations, while ensuring system integrity and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP deployments, site transitions, and system enhancements in collaboration with ERP and business teams.
• Analyze business processes and system requirements to support transition and deployment activities.
• Manage data mapping, conversion, user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live readiness, and post-deployment support.
• Troubleshoot SAP production issues and develop or enhance financial and business solutions.
• Ensure comprehensive testing and validation of solutions to maintain data integrity and compliance.
• Evaluate financial systems to ensure robust internal controls and compliance with SOX and audit requirements.
• Partner with SAP Operations to align activities with Aerospace Technologies and Corporate strategic initiatives.
