Job description

LocumJobsOnline is working with Greenstaff Medical to find a qualified Oncology PA in Oregon!

About The Position

Schedule :  Four 10-hour day shifts per week (no nights or weekends)

Setting :  Primarily outpatient with occasional inpatient consults

Paid call  shared equitably among providers

Affiliation :  Member of an academic cancer network, offering access to clinical trials and advanced therapies

Team :  Work alongside oncologists, APPs, nurse navigators, pharmacists, radiation oncologists, and a highly skilled infusion nursing team

Facility :

19-chair infusion room

Onsite pharmacy, lab, radiation oncology, and support services

Modern technology and robust clinical resources

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive oncology care and patient management in outpatient and consultative inpatient settings

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, compassionate care

Perform evaluations, order and interpret tests, prescribe medications, and manage treatment plans

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a team-oriented environment

Maintain accurate documentation within  EPIC EMR

Requirements

Board Certified NP or PA  –  Required

AONCP Certification (or in process)  –  Required for NP candidates

Oncology subspecialty training or experience  –  Preferred for PA candidates

Active Oregon license  (or willingness to obtain) –  Required

Clean malpractice history / background  –  Required

Copy of NPDB self-query report  –  Required

Experience in Oncology (inpatient and / or outpatient)  –  Preferred

Compensation & Benefits

Average Salary :  $135,626.50 annually (based on full-time, experienced APP)
