Description :
- Exhibit exceptional, world-class sales and customer service by actively selling and promoting Deseret Book products and services at our customer support center.
- Provide support to customers using phone and email.
- Process phone orders, credits, replacements, and data entry.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Approximately 30 hours per week
Shift : M-F 8 am - 2 pm or 11 am - 5 pm
Wage : $16.50 per hour
