We are currently growing our Zillow team and need agents. We provide the tools and coaching on how to convert at a high level. Due to our small team size, we can provide extensive 1 : 1 coaching and mentorship, allowing our agents to be more successful.

In 2024, Ellis Properties successfully closed more than $40M in volume and is on track to CRUSH that in 2025, nearing $60M. Over half of that came directly from our online lead sources (Zillow, Best of Zillow, Zillow Real Time Tours, Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.) We are growing the size of our team due to this INSANE growth, and we show no signs of slowing down. On top of hitting the ground running, we’ll teach you how to run a successful, self-sustaining real estate business, allowing you to hand-pick clients!

Compensation :

$75,000 - $150,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
• Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
• Follow-up with leads to increase sales
• “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
• Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
• Follow up and convert online leads provided by team leaders
