Responsibilities
- Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies to attract top talent from universities and colleges.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at educational institutions, including career services and faculty.
- Coordinate and participate in campus career fairs, information sessions, and recruitment events.
- Review and screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for internships and entry-level positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Utilize social media and online platforms to promote job openings and company culture.
- Track and report on campus recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and guide strategy adjustments.
Requirements
