Temporary Recruiter Support

Key responsibilities include :

• Providing administrative and coordination support to the recruitment function.
• Scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Assisting with job postings, resume screening, and candidate correspondence.
• Coordinating pre-employment activities such as reference checks, background screenings, and onboarding paperwork.
• Supporting the recruiter and HR team with ad hoc projects as needed.
• Ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
