• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and create personalized care plans.\n
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, addressing their physical, mental, and emotional needs throughout their recovery journey.\n
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care and assist with direct patient needs.\n
• Act as a resource for fellow staff members, offering support for complex patient cases.\n
• Celebrate and recognize patient achievements and milestones.\n\nQualifications Required : \n
• Current state licensure or certification as an RN.\n
• CPR certification required (ACLS preferred).\n
• CRRN certification must be obtained within one year of eligibility.\n
