What You'll Do :

• Project Support & Documentation – Manage RFIs, submittals, change documentation, and project logs to keep everything on track.
• Scheduling & Coordination – Assist in maintaining and updating project schedules, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Problem Solving – Work alongside the Project Manager to resolve challenges efficiently.
• Communication & Meetings – Attend project meetings, document key discussions, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Closeout & Quality Control – Support punch lists, warranty management, closeout document management, and ensure successful project completion.
