The hourly pay range for this position is between $22.25 and $37.80. Pay may vary based on factors specific to the position such as labor market conditions, education, work experience, and certifications. ABOUT THE GENERAL MERCHANDISE TEAM

As a crucial part of our operations, the General Merchandise and Food Sales team ensures our guests have a consistent shopping experience by expertly managing product availability, merchandising, pricing, and in-store displays. Our team also oversees inventory accuracy and fulfillment processes. We are dedicated to enhancing efficiency and delivering the best possible experience to our guests.

As a General Merchandise Supervisor, your role provides valuable experiences and skills, including :

  • Building a guest-first culture and enhancing guest service.
  • Understanding retail operations, sales trends, inventory management, strategies for pricing and promotions.
  • Leading a team while planning workloads to meet business priorities and achieve sales goals.
  • Interacting with and coaching hourly team members to develop talent.

Responsibilities may include :

  • Executing daily and weekly tasks to meet sales goals and guest engagement, such as merchandising, pricing, and updating displays.
  • Educating your team on operational procedures impacting inventory management and product availability.
  • Assisting with identifying gaps in GM processes and helping to resolve them.
  • Leading inventory management tasks, including accurate product setup and pricing.
  • Assigning daily tasks to team members based on workload and guest traffic.
  • Maintaining a culture of safety and compliance among team members.
  • Engaging with guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

    • WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Previous retail experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Strong leadership and accountability skills.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Capable of lifting and moving merchandise up to 44 pounds.
  • Ability to remain mobile throughout your shift.
