The ideal candidate will be both a practitioner and a people leader, motivated by great design, technical rigor, and mentorship.

As a Senior Architect, you’ll perform as a project architect alongside a talented group of architects and designers working on meaningful healthcare and public sector projects. What you’ll be responsible for :

• Lead and oversee architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline requirements are consistently met
• Review and critique design work to ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Work with Project Managers to establish design parameters consistent with the project scope, schedule and budget
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and offer practical solutions to keep projects on track
• Perform field investigations as required to determine project scope
• Maintain a general understanding of a building's structural, mechanical, electrical, fire protection / life safety, and telecommunications systems; align these systems with architectural designs
