Position Overview :

Title : Mechanical Engineer

Location : Charlotte, NC

Work Schedule : Hybrid

Key Responsibilities :

Design HVAC systems for commercial buildings, focusing on hydronic systems and building automation systems

Meet and communicate with clients, conduct site inspections, and work closely with architects

Production-focused role (not management)

Use AutoCAD and Revit for design work; Trace 700 experience for building cooling loads and energy modeling is a plus

Maintain long-term client and team relationships

Required Experience & Skills :

Strong knowledge of hydronic systems and building automation

Experience with hospital / healthcare projects is a plus

Proficiency in AutoCAD and / or Revit; Trace 700 experience is a plus

Demonstrated stability in previous roles

Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Pay Details : $100,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
