Job Description & RequirementsOptometry PhysicianStartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : Day 8 Pay Rate : $121.25 - $131.25 This facility is seeking a Optometry Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.Details & requirements for this opportunity : Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm.Practice Setting : Outpatient clinic.Types of Cases : Routine Eye Exams, Contact Lens Fittings, Eye Urgencies and Emergencies.Credentialing Timeframe : 45-60 days.Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Health Connect (Kaiser Permanente’s version of EPIC).Certifications Required : Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Card and Board Certification is required.Licensure Required : Active California License is required.Facility LocationNestled in the heart of the San Joaquin Valley, Fresno is an agricultural town at heart, surrounded by breathtakingly beautiful national parks.
