We’re hiring a full-time School Speech Language Pathologist to join a collaborative educational team in Wayne County, MI for the 2025–2026 school year.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference by supporting students’ communication needs in an engaging and supportive school setting.

Position Details :

  • Location : In-person
  • Schedule : 35 hours / week, Monday through Friday
  • Start / End Date : 25 / 26 School Year

Responsibilities :

  • Provide therapy services to support students’ speech, language, and communication needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' needs and track progress.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.

    • Qualifications :

  • Education : Master’s Degree in Speech and Language Pathology or a valid Michigan teacher certificate with full approval in Speech and Language Impaired
  • License Required : Speech and Language Pathologist License
  • License Preferred : Certificate of Clinical Competency in Speech and Language Pathology from the American Speech and Language Hearing Association
  • Other : Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others, demonstrate self-discipline, and initiative, follow state and district guidelines.
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience.
