Underground Foreman

Job Description Title : Underground Foreman Immediate Supervisor : Project Manager, Operations Manager, Owner Position : Exempt Non-Exempt General Job Summary : The Underground Foreman oversees completion of daily jobs as assigned from warehouse equipment to work performed. Principal duties and Responsibilities : Oversee safety on job sites making sure all protocol for safety is followed. Ensure timely completion of jobs assigned with focus on quality of work. Maintain organization of yard / warehouse Handle all customer complaints with satisfactory results. Assist in training new laborers. Performs other duties as assigned. POSITION REQUIREMENTS : High school diploma or its equivalent Combination of technical training and / or experience 1+ year of relevant experience Must be well experienced on bore rigs and missiles (This is not a complete listing of all duties and responsibilities.
