Strategic Access Leadership : As AVP of Patient Access, you’ll shape the vision and direction of all access-related functions, ensuring that every patient can connect to care seamlessly and equitably.

• Operational Excellence : You’ll oversee patient registration, scheduling, financial counseling, and digital tools across all sites, aligning processes with best practices and compliance standards.
• Data-Driven Improvement : Leverage analytics and performance metrics to streamline workflows, reduce access barriers, and enhance the patient experience.
• Innovation & Collaboration : Partner with IT, Digital Health, and Operations to implement cutting-edge technologies that improve scheduling, registration, and patient engagement.

Required Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
