Job descriptionThe Herbert Way : Honest, Ethical, Respectful, Bold, Energetic, Relational, Teamwork Join a dynamic work family, leading the market with a focus on growth. Our leads come from various channels including repeat customers, referrals, in-house call center, internet marketing, and media ads. Leads are pre-qualified before being assigned. Proposals are typically generated during the initial appointment, eliminating late-night proposal work and allowing you to enjoy life after work. We have in-house project managers, freeing sales reps to focus on sales. Appointments are scheduled for you, with flexibility for evening and weekend appointments. Unlimited income potential with commissions up to 10% on gross sales. Our average representative generates over $1.5 million in sales. 2-3 weeks of paid training. Profit Sharing $300 Monthly Car allowance plus gas card IPAD and Ladder provided Benefit from our comprehensive training, coaching system, and advanced tools like Rilla Voice. Inspect and measure residential and commercial buildings to create accurate project proposals and material lists. Develop proposals and deliver digital presentations, highlighting our unique selling points to the property owner. Follow up on unsold proposals, ensuring a positive customer experience. Meet key performance indicators such as sales targets and closing percentages. Daily travel required, but no overnights. Ability to climb ladders, work on steep slope roofs, and withstand various weather conditions. Roofing experience preferred; construction industry experience considered. Previous outside sales experience preferred. Motivated with strong closing skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Detail-oriented with a commitment to customer service, honesty, and integrity. Valid driver's license with a clean record.
Location : Searching for Representatives in two locations : Saginaw, MI and Harbor Springs, Michigan
Compensation :
- 100% Commission-based with an average earning potential of $80,000 - $240,000 per year.
- Weekly draw against commission bank as a W-2 employee.
