This large, nationwide general contractor is involved in major projects including airports, resort developments, stadiums, condominiums, and higher-education projects.

Due to continued regional expansion in Florida, they are recruiting a Senior Superintendent to lead a $350M landmark project in Tampa. In this role you will lead a team of Superintendents overseeing all scopes including structural, MEP, civil, and interiors and report to the Project Director.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lead / General Superintendent interested in working on a mega-project and joining an established, market-leading GC.

You will have demonstrated experience working on major projects with the ability to motivate, lead, and support a diverse project team with experience delivering complex building projects.
