MINIMUM 6 MONTHS EXPERIENCE IN A MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT
Connect Staffing is seeking a Tank Operator (Machine Operator) to fill an opening at a metal surfacing facility in Ontario, CA.
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 2nd Shift, 3 : 30pm – 12 : 00pm+ Weekend and OT required
Requirements for the Tank Operator :
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Must be able to read and understand processing and customer specification documents
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
- Ability to stand, sit, and use hands and fingers for extended periods of time
- Safely lift up to 50 lbs throughout the day
- Prior experience in roles such as Machine Operator, Chemical Process Operator, Metal Finishing Technician, Production Operator, or Manufacturing Associate is a plus!

Inspect racks, parts, and tech sheets before processing to confirm job readinessSign off on tech sheets upon completion of each production jobMonitor and log tank temperatures throughout the shift; report any out-of-range readings to the supervisorAssist with tank cleaning and maintenance as neededPackage and handle product carefully to prevent damage between work areas and during transitProperly wear and use all required safety gear and PPEStrip racks, pull and log seals in / out, and empty drying boxes without damaging partsAll candidates meeting the minimum requirements will receive an SMS invite to an AI-based interview.
