Summary

The Business Support Analyst plays a key role in designing, developing, testing, and deploying application solutions that strengthen cyber and third-party risk intelligence capabilities. This role supports efforts to identify, assess, and share actionable intelligence on cyber and technology risks impacting organizations and their vendor ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of the cyber intelligence platform, translating high-level requirements into scalable, secure application solutions.
• Research, design, and implement enhancements and integrations that improve threat detection, intelligence sharing, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Continuously improve user interfaces and workflows to optimize intelligence delivery and response capabilities.
• Generate reports and analytics on cyber threat patterns, vendor dependencies, and emerging risks.
• Ensure automation processes and scheduled monitoring jobs run efficiently to maintain continuous intelligence operations.
• Prepare communications and intelligence summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to streamline intelligence processing, increase efficiency, and enhance data-driven decision?making.
