What Youll Do

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems in solar and commercial projects
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, and safety standards
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to meet deadlines and quality benchmarks
• Mentor apprentices and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

What Were Looking For

• Valid state-issued electrician license or journeyman certification
• 4+ years of experience in commercial or solar electrical work
• Strong knowledge of conduit bending, panel installation, and service upgrades
• Ability to work independently and lead small crews when needed
• OSHA 10 / 30 certification preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation and basic tools
