About The Position

RN Case Manager with experience as follows : Must have recent strong acute care hospital Emergency department discharge planning experience. Also must have ED UR experience as well. Conducting patient initial assessments Acute Care hospital experience EPIC EMR documentation experience Active CA RN License Monday through Friday (1100-1900), with no weekends Eight hour shifts only. 40 hours guaranteed.

Shift : Monday through Friday (1100-1900), with no weekends
