Maintenance Technician
Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift)
We are seeking a skilled Roll Form Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role focuses on maintaining and repairing roll form machines and tooling to minimize production downtime and ensure safe, efficient operations.
Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot, adjust, repair, and rebuild roll form machinery and related equipment
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance to support quality and safety
- Read blueprints and set / pin rolls according to CAD data
- Layout rolls for grinding and maintain tight tolerances
- Assist with design changes for roll forming machines and equipment
- Support plant-wide maintenance projects and assignments
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent requiredTrade school, journeyman program, or formal maintenance training preferredMinimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experienceHands-on experience with electrical (110 / 220 / 480 volt), mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsAbility to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manualsStrong math skills for measurements and tolerancesEffective communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBenefits
