25 bed Rural critical access hospital. 4 beds are ICU, 4 others assigned to women s health (birthing suites). Activity / Rehabilitation room is in 319.Scheduling is consistent but dynamic based on patient load. There is additional scheduled coverage from our outpatient clinic daily (2-4 hours), and need is determined daily during huddle in the morning and communicated with our Outpatient Lead Therapist. Weekend schedule is done by me personally, however; the time for the coverage is not specifically set.Charting is done currently through powerchart. Guaranteed Hours : Contract Weeks : 91 - experience required
