Job descriptionBase Salary + Bonus Opportunity : Performance-based commissions and bonuses Great Work / Life Balance : No required overtime Time Off : Paid holidays and accruable vacation Flexible Work Schedule : Can accommodate midweek appointments Company Provided : Vehicle, phone / tablet / laptop, and allowance Supportive Work Environment : Team celebrates achievements and collaborates in their approach to problem-solving Small Business : Local business with an owner who works alongside the team each day Mentorship Opportunities : Ongoing training and career development Dedicated Help Lines : Technician Support Team on call to assist to questions Provide excellent customer service and communication Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events Develop ongoing relationships with potential and existing clients Serve as a point of contact for customers Complete necessary administrative paperwork Negotiate contracts and terms with clients Collaborate with project managers to ensure project requirements and client expectations are met Work as a team with other members of the 360 Painting staff Valid driver's license with good driving record and be insurable High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of job-related work experience Strong communication skills Ability to be on time and maintain a schedule Basic computer and software skills are needed Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff All 360° Painting locations are independently owned and operated. Compensation : $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
