Business Analyst BI

Responsibilities

• Interact with users to understand their requirements from a data analytic / visualization perspective.
• Implement metrics to quantify value of improvements & analyze data to find patterns / business insights using Hadoop, Data Bricks, Jira, MySQL, Big Data, GIT, Restful API, AWS, Power BI, Agile methodologies.
• Assist Product Owner in managing Product & Sprint backlog.
• Perform Gap analysis and maintain a Requirement Traceability Matrix. Assist with Scrum-related activities using Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

Prior work experience must include 2 years experience using Hadoop, Data Bricks, Jira, MySQL, Big Data, GIT, Restful API, AWS, Power BI, Agile methodologies.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or IT or IS plus 2 years experience in job offered or as Analyst or Engineer or BI Development.

Job Location

San Jose, CA and unanticipated client sites across the US. Must be willing to travel and / or relocate domestically.

Wage

$180,128.00 per year
