• Work day shift from 6 : 30 AM to 7 : 00 PM
• 13-week assignment duration
• No on-call requirements unless choosing to pick up for coverage
• Must be flexible to work all nights of the week
• Required to participate in float rotation and may need to float to PCU / ICU (low acuity)
• Required certifications : ACLS, BLS, and Arizona nursing license
• Provide patient care utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policy
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning safe patient care delivery
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
• Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience
• Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care
