Role : Salesforce Deployment Project Manager

Location : Providence, RI- Hybrid ( 3 days Onsite)

Duration : 1 year

Must Have skills :

  • Proven success managing complex deployments in client-facing or government / public sector settings.
  • Deployment in Salesforce Platform

Responsibilities :

  • Lead deployment planning and execution for client Salesforce platforms.
  • Manage deployment plans, resources, risk assessments, and testing.
  • Coordinate with programs, business units, UAT, and external vendors.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders during deployments.
  • Track bugs, enhancements, and system changes through to production release.
  • Report progress, metrics, and lessons learned to client leadership.
  • Oversee contract requirements, licenses, and budget impacts.
