Product Manager, Identity

Prove's identity resolution capabilities help our customers maintain correct and valid identities of their users. This role will manage some of our most important services as part of Prove's platform. Understanding how digital identities are formed and relied on by our customers will be critical to being able to stay ahead of the curve. If you have experience with data and privacy regulations, that would be a plus.

Day-to-day you will be working on developing our product strategy, a roadmap as well as authoring product specifications and attending scrum meetings with your engineering partners, basically being the expert in Prove's identity resolution capabilities. This role is also responsible for ensuring that relevant market facing materials perform to or exceed expectations on ease of use and long-term feature support.

This individual works with cross functional teams including Finance, Technology, Sales, Data Engineering, Compliance, Info Sec, Implementation, Operations and other product managers to ensure that Prove consistently delivers and communicates excellence to the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage & prioritize the Identity roadmap, partnering with Leadership, Engineering, Solutions, and Revenue
• Manage enhancements, create and maintain the backlog, requirements, while ensuring accurate and timely delivery
• Identify and maintain full list of product configurations and implementation details as well as publishing internal documentation
• Oversee the automated generation of billing, profitability and margin reports
• Partner with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Information Security to ensure platform capabilities meet all necessary risk & regulatory requirements
• Partner to deliver technical documentation as appropriate
• Partner with Client Success to resolve any client issues
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and set realistic expectations
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience

The salary range for this role in New York City is $135,000-$140,000 plus company bonus. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, geo-location and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
