Administrative Clerk
Administrative Control Analyst to the Facilities department. Duties include, but are not limited to, typing, filing, mail runs, answering telephone, progressing forms, dispatching shipyard trouble calls, capable of working with the Facilities Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software, Plant Engineering Work Order (PEWO) System and other database reports. Applicant must be able to work with Microsoft suite, and other network systems, assist the Admin Office and Facilities Department staff as necessary. Areas of responsibility will be :
- Updating the Facilities plan of the week [POW]
- Maintaining safety statistics
- Maintain MTC overtime
- Maintain and purchase office supplies
- Manager and coordinate service awards
- Complete department travel
- Maintain department training to a delinquent percent of less than 5%
- Maintain the Facilities weekend support and OT binders
- Proofread and distribute facilities notifications
- Develop data collection and metrics for department manager
This position will report directly to the Manager of Facilities Maintenance.

High School diploma or GED3+ years of administrative experience (in a office setting) with Microsoft Excel and Word - including using pivot tablesPreferred :
Knowledge of CMMS Software, MRPII and Applecore Software would be a plus.
