Location : Middlefield, OH

Pay Rate : $16.00 - $20.00 per hour BOE

Shift : 2nd Shift | 4 : 00 PM – 12 : 00 AM

Key Responsibilities :

Set up, operate, and monitor plastic extrusion machines.

Adjust machine settings such as speed, temperature, and feed rates to ensure proper production flow.

Inspect extruded products for quality, dimensions, and consistency.

Perform routine maintenance and clean machines and tools as needed.

Record production data including quantities, materials used, and downtime.

Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipping or storage.

Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.

Communicate any mechanical or quality issues to the supervisor promptly.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred (extrusion experience a plus).

Ability to read measurements and use basic hand tools.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written / verbal instructions.

Reliable attendance and willingness to work as part of a team.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift.
