Junior Fund Accountant
Location : Greenwich, CT - hybrid
Compensation : $80,000-$100,000 + bonus

Responsibilities :
Prepare comprehensive financial statements and manage general ledger operations.Execute journal entries with precision and perform detailed financial analytics.Oversee invoice processing, management fees, and investment funding coordination.Collaborate with treasury and accounts payable teams to ensure seamless financial operations.Calculate and maintain fund waterfall models and management fee structures.Facilitate capital calls and distributions to limited partners.Reconcile monthly statements and monitor daily cash positions.Coordinate with lenders on credit facility drawdowns and repayments.Partner with external tax advisors on annual filings and investor reporting.Support tax withholdings, projections, and provision calculations.Work closely with Investor Relations, Legal, Compliance, Asset Management, and Acquisitions teams.Desired Qualifications :
BS in Accounting.1-4 years in financial services (public accounting background preferred).Advanced Excel proficiency with complex modeling capabilities.Understanding of financial products, leverage, and investment concepts.
