Nurse Practitioner

Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C)

Occupational Medicine | Workers' Compensation | Injury Care

We are seeking a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) to join a busy, well-established occupational medicine and injury care practice. This role focuses on workers' compensation patients in a collaborative clinical environment.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday full days, half-day Fridays
Setting: Outpatient clinic with on-site therapy services
Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and physical exams
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries
• Order and interpret diagnostic imaging and lab results
• Develop and manage treatment plans, including medications and therapeutic procedures
• Perform injections, wound care, and pain management interventions
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and collaborate with the care team

Qualifications

• Licensed PA-C or FNP-C (Texas-licensed or eligible)
• 0-5 years of experience (new grad friendly!)
• DEA & CPR certification required
• Experience in workers' compensation, occupational medicine, orthopedic, or injury care preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail
