Responsibilities
Develop Agency-Side Strategy
Develop and execute agency-side business strategies aligned with TikTok Local Life objectives and GMV targets, including campaign planning, creator incentive design, and traffic-investment strategy to drive sustainable growth.
Full-Cycle Campaign Management
Oversee end-to-end campaign execution — from concept design and creator selection to performance monitoring and post-event analysis — to continuously optimize ROI and creator engagement.
Team Leadership & Performance Delivery
Lead and empower the operations team, streamline workflows, and ensure consistent delivery of short-term and annual performance goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with creators, brands, content and business teams to align strategies and resources, ensuring healthy ecosystem growth on the guild side.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in short-video, agency, content, or live-streaming platforms.
Familiar with local-life business, creator ecosystem, and traffic strategies; proven operational or growth project experience preferred.
Strong project management and analytical skills, capable of designing and implementing strategic initiatives independently.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a strong sense of ownership and resilience under pressure.
