Senior Project Manager - Wastewater (Tampa)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Oversee project safety, quality control, and compliance with regulatory and contractual standards.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and staffing plans to meet performance and financial goals.
• Support preconstruction efforts, including bid development, subcontractor prequalification, and budget analysis.
• Lead project meetings, respond to RFIs, and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders.
• Identify and analyze project risks, schedule impacts, and long-lead material requirements to ensure proactive management.
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, consultants, and project partners.
• Evaluate project delivery strategies and facilitate the implementation of best practices and alternative approaches when appropriate.
• Oversee project closeout activities, including documentation, claim resolution, and final reporting.
