Role Overview

As the Director of Systems Support, you??ll have a big mission. Responsible for assuring the Company??s standards are achieved and excellent customer service is delivered. You also understand the value of taking a moment to express gratitude to the village that helped to make it happen. As you can likely tell, 'how' things are done matters just as much as ??what?? was done here at BHOM!

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision and strategy for systems support aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead enterprise-wide initiatives for application deployment, integration, and lifecycle management.
• Serve as a key advisor to on systems performance, scalability, and innovation.
• Oversee the deployment and support of core platforms, including PMS systems, ensuring readiness, stability, and scalability.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery, reduce downtime, and optimize user experience.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure high-quality support and accountability.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic investments to enhance the company??s technology stack.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with IT, Operations, Accounting, and Training to ensure seamless integration and adoption of new systems and enhancements.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Systems Support team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and service excellence.
• Promote professional development and succession planning within the department.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with technology vendors and service providers.
• Act as a liaison between vendor partners and internal teams to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and forums to stay ahead of trends and bring back actionable insights.
• Other duties as assigned.
