Scrum Master

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in Sprint ceremonies and coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups

Coach team members in Agile frameworks and manage internal and external customer expectations

Resolve conflicts, remove obstacles, and guide development teams to higher scrum maturity

Required Qualifications

A four-year college degree and / or a minimum of three years of IT relevant work experience

Understanding of Agile methodology and experience working in a Scrum environment

Professional PBM and / or Pharmacy industry work experience is preferred

Agile or Scrum Master training is desirable

Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and healthcare industry practices is a plus
