We're hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead high-visibility, enterprise-wide initiatives that deliver real business impact. You'll own complex projects from concept to completion, streamline delivery processes, and mentor future leaders. Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, cross-functional projects from initiation to delivery
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables
• Identify risks, conduct quality reviews, and resolve issues proactively
• Communicate project status and escalate critical concerns to stakeholders
• Coordinate across departments to ensure alignment on scope and dependencies
• Enhance project processes, templates, and audit mechanisms
• Mentor junior project managers and support team development

Qualifications

Visa Sponsorship : This position is currently not eligible for employment visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B visa). This includes, for example, situations where a candidate may have temporary work authorization while enrolled in school or upon graduation (e.g., CPT, OPT) but would need H-1B visa sponsorship within a few years of employment in order to maintain employment eligibility.

Location : This position is fully in office (5 days a week) at the Zions Technology Center - 7860 South Bingham Junction Blvd, Midvale, UT 84047
