We're hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead high-visibility, enterprise-wide initiatives that deliver real business impact. You'll own complex projects from concept to completion, streamline delivery processes, and mentor future leaders. Responsibilities
- Lead strategic, cross-functional projects from initiation to delivery
- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables
- Identify risks, conduct quality reviews, and resolve issues proactively
- Communicate project status and escalate critical concerns to stakeholders
- Coordinate across departments to ensure alignment on scope and dependencies
- Enhance project processes, templates, and audit mechanisms
- Mentor junior project managers and support team development
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field4+ years of experience managing large-scale, multi-team initiativesPMP certification highly preferredDeep expertise in project lifecycle management, budgeting, scheduling, and vendor coordinationStrong background in business case development and solution evaluationProven ability to navigate complex challenges and balance competing prioritiesExcellent skills in negotiation, facilitation, and cross-functional collaborationHands-on experience with Agile methodologies (SAFe preferred) and proficiency in Azure DevOpsVisa Sponsorship : This position is currently not eligible for employment visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B visa). Location : This position is fully in office (5 days a week) at the Zions Technology Center - 7860 South Bingham Junction Blvd, Midvale, UT 84047
The Zions Technology Center is a 400,000-square-foot technology campus in Midvale, Utah.
