Project Manager

Essential Job Functions

• Excellent communication skills.
• Meet with team(s) to ensure everyone understands their specific role in the project.
• Communicate with customers about project specifics.
• Make project schedules and determine when the date of certain tasks should be completed.
• Coordinate meetings to ensure the team is on schedule.
• Compile interim project reports and minutes of meetings.
• Communicate changes in the schedule dates, changes in project requirements, and unexpected hitches.
• Coordinate activities with vendors. Assist with budget management.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
