The Space & Airborne Systems Segment is seeking a strategic HRBP to partner with leadership across our Operations organization. This role sits at the intersection of people strategy, organizational performance, and mission impact - supporting teams whose innovations are redefining aerospace and defense. As the HR Business Partner, you'll drive strategies that strengthen leadership capability, elevate engagement, and shape organizational effectiveness across a matrixed workforce. Essential Functions :

• Build trusted relationships with leaders and employees to provide expert counsel on organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and employee relations.
• Proactively identify workforce and cultural trends, diagnose root causes, and implement targeted solutions that enhance engagement, retention, and performance.
• Collaborate with leadership to align workforce plans, talent development, and succession strategies with business goals and operational priorities.
• Leverage analytics and workforce metrics to provide actionable insights and influence strategic decisions.
• Lead and contribute to initiatives that advance organizational agility, strengthen leadership capability, and drive a culture of accountability and inclusion.
• Partner across HR functions and business segments to ensure seamless delivery of HR programs, consistent practices, and continuous improvement. Work on segment and enterprise projects, as assigned.
