Immediate Opening For CDL Class A DRIVERS requires minimum 1 year current tractor trailer experience.

Additional Compensation Details :

• Annual Performance Review Increase :  Variable based on individual performance.
• End of Year Bonus :  Variable based on years of service.
• Referral Bonus :  $2,000 for local drivers, $3,000 for regional drivers.
• Safety Bonus :  Up to $1,275 per year, paid monthly and quarterly.
• DOT Inspection Bonus :  $150 for clean inspection; $500 for clean inspection with HAZMAT load.
• Customer Compliment Bonus :  $200 per compliment received from a customer (up to 3 per individual customer).
• Thanksgiving Bonus :  $35 annual “Turkey Check” toward your Holiday celebration.

Drivers working on an observed Holiday receive 8 hours of Holiday Pay in addition to regular pay.

• Sick Paid Time Off (PTO) :  1 week (40 hours) provided annually after 90 days of employment.
• Paid Vacation :  Available annually based on tenure, 1 week (40 hours) available first year of employment, pro-rated based on hire date.
• Vacation increases to 2 weeks (80 hours) on January 1 following 2 full years of service.
• Vacation increases to 3 weeks (120 hours) on January 1 following 5 full years of service.
• Vacation increases to 4 weeks (160 hours) on January 1 following 10 full years of service.
• Driver Appreciation Events :  Periodic meals and promotion giveaways provided to drivers.
