As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Brady Bennett - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain client records and update information as needed.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
• Bilingual Spanish, Mandarin, Korean or Hindi preferred.
