As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in monitoring and coordinating security-related operations within a financial institution location. Your responsibilities will include managing communications, responding to incidents, and supporting team members to help deter security-related incidents. You will also interact with employees and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while upholding our company's values of teamwork, integrity, and innovation.

What You'll Do

Monitor and manage security-related communications and dispatch appropriate personnel to incidents within the financial institution location.

Maintain detailed records of calls, incidents, and responses in accordance with site-specific policies.

Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting visitors and staff through communication channels.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with on-site personnel as needed.

Assist in the implementation of emergency response activities and relay information to the appropriate parties.

Follow site-specific security-related procedures and protocols as directed by Allied Universal and the client location.

Support regular communication with patrolling officers to help maintain awareness of activities around the premises.

Minimum Requirements

At least three years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or a college degree is required.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
