Job Summary : This role will serve as the enterprise lead for topline and margin performance, delivering executive-ready analysis that drives better, faster business decisions. It will deepen NVI's understanding of revenue and gross-margin dynamics by partnering closely with Merchandising, Pricing, Marketing, Store Operations, and Accounting to connect financial outcomes to real business drivers. The manager owns sales and margin forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting frameworks that translate complex data into clear, actionable insight. In addition, this role will be responsible for improving the accuracy and speed of forecasting and leading modernization of FP&A tools and processesadvancing Oracle EPM and Power BI dashboards, automating manual reporting, and building the next generation of financial visibility.
What Would You Do? The Specifics.
Work Experience : + 6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance, ideally in a multi-unit retail or consumer-facing company.
Education : + Four-year college degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, finance, or Economics (required). + Master's Degree MBA or CFA preferred.
Additional Skills : + Strong understanding of GAAP financials, retail revenue recognition, and gross-margin mechanics (mix, pricing, vendor funding, discounts) (Required) + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset. (Required) + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Oracle ERP & EPM, SAP BPC, Adaptive, Anaplan, or similar planning tools is a plus. (Required) + Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership (required). + Self-starter with strong analytical discipline, curiosity, and continuous-improvement mindset (Required)
