Location : Indianapolis, Indiana

🔨 Salary :

Base Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
Bonus Structure : $20,000 - $40,000

🔨 Position Overview :

United Trades of America is a labor contractor focused on skilled trades within the construction industry. We supplement a client's core staff with our quality skilled tradesmen on an as-needed basis. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager for a Roofing Restoration Company. This role requires hands-on leadership, driving sales team performance, and creating KPIs to meet revenue goals.

🔨 Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage a sales team of 6 to 10 sales representatives

Develop and implement KPIs for sales personnel

Conduct one-on-one meetings to provide coaching and performance feedback

Participate in field activities with sales personnel

Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives

Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment

🔨 Requirements :

Proven sales and team management experience

Strong leadership and motivational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Experience in the roofing or construction industry preferred

Willingness to undergo drug and background screening
