Job descriptionPerforming routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs Diagnosing and repairing exhaust system issues, including muffler and catalytic converter replacements Conducting vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and ensure safety and compliance Using diagnostic tools to identify and address mechanical and electrical problems Communicating with customers to explain necessary repairs and provide excellent customer service 2+ years of experience as an automotive service technician or exhaust system technician Valid driver's license and clean driving record ASE certification preferred Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Base pay dependent upon qualifications, with additional pay based upon percentage of total sales and employee performance
